Scotts Valley Band of Pomo Indians TANF Program is hiring for the Family Advocate Manager position. Successful candidate must have a resume that exhibits knowledge of Tribal, Federal and State regulations that apply to Temporary Assistance to Needy Families program operations, experience with existing welfare referral policies, programs and systems; and knowledge of Native American issues, values and culture. A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited school of social work and 3 years of professional level experience in public or private agency social service program in a supervisory position OR an Associate’s Degree and 5 years of high level executive or administrative experience in a social service program.
